Summary of Cintiq Tablets

The Wacom Cintiq 21UX and Wacom Cintiq 12WX are considered the top of the line models for any graphic professional. I highly recommend these tablets for people who work on illustrations, animations or Photoshop daily. If you do not, I strongly urge you to consider a Wacom Bamboo or Intuos4 instead.

The main differences between the two Cintiq tablets are:

• Number of nibs

• Pressure sensitivity
• Price

What’s the same?

• Both come with a grip pen that has an eraser.
• Both rotate
• Pen and display stands included

Since the two don’t have much in common, it all boils down to size really. Based on my reviews, I think you’ll find it easier to decide which Wacom Cintiq to buy.
